Parque Nacional Huerquehue

13/01/11  Rain stopped play, but only for climbing Volcan Villarica.  We headed for a day trip to this national park.  Tested out our awesome rain gear and found some mountain lakes.  Nice to finally find some fresh air after the humidity of Asia :)

    Hi,
    I think that the picture above may be Lago Toro, not Lago Verde. (at the left, this rocky outcrop in the lake with the tall araucaria is typical for the lago toro.
