Lassi

Mixture of yoghurt and ice (people say don't eat dairy or drink the water?!)  But they're lush!

This is a Makhani Lassi, with saffron, cardamon, rose, pistachio and cashew.  It was like drinking turkish delight!

  1. Looks delicious - I would love to try it - think the yoghurt is probably OK - I had it most mornings but the ice could be a bit iffy.

  2. You have no idea how many memories your blog is bringing back. That's one of the things I really loved about India, the sheer sensory overload, so much to take in that you simply can't process it all at once. Sounds and looks like your having an amazing time, can't wait to catch up with you guys sometime soon!:)
